As well as display stands of prestigious companies, the workshop offers all participants the opportunity to watch exhibitions and demonstrations by great chefs, barmen and kitchen maitres. The purpose of the internal fair is to promote interactive meetings between customers and producers in a stimulating and innovative context. The event is held twice yearly.
